" Photographers inspire me, they have their own languages, all different. It's like musician or writers, they all use the same notes or letters but they all sound different."
Saloi Jeddi

What is your signature?

I love photography and I want to serve the picture. It's about creating a look as much as a mood. I like fresh skin and putting people at ease, few products and lots of love.

What is the most complicated task ever demanded of you?

Still waiting for that one! Nothing related to make-up, really.

What inspires you?

Artists in general, people watching, my friends, my kids. I am a visual person and I love photography. Photographers inspire me, they have their own languages, all different. It's like musician or writers, they all use the same notes or letters but they all sound different. That visual language and diversity in photography inspires me.

And the job that you won’t forget?

A music video with Michel Gondry for Radiohead. I was doing Thom Yorke's makeup and he kept singing for me backstage. Very special, unforgettable.

What do you see as modern in today’s make-up?

Open Talent Paris! More seriously, I think that classical makeup, red lips, eyeliner, mascara, stand out. If you can do classic in a contemporary fashion picture you strike.
